- Full Refund: If you cancel your project before work begins, or if Alienleaf Studio LLP is unable to proceed due to unforeseen circumstances (as determined by our team), a full refund will be issued upon cancellation request.
2. Refunds for Partially Completed Projects:
- Partial Refund Calculation: A refund amount may vary depending on the stage of completion and specific project scope, calculated based on agreed-upon deliverables and timeframes established in the contract agreement between Alienleaf Studio LLP & your company/client.
- Client Responsibilities for Project Cancellation: Any cancellation past a defined point of delivery (e.g., website launch) may be subject to partial refund depending on project scope and stage of completion, as per the signed agreement.
3. Refunds for Unsatisfactory Work:
- Performance Issues & Corrective Action: We strive for complete client satisfaction with our work, however we understand that issues can arise. We will work closely with you to resolve any concerns about the quality of the work delivered under a project scope agreement. A refund may be offered if:
- The agreed-upon deliverables are not met as specified in the contract and signed documentation;
- Significant errors, omissions or misrepresentation occur that impact functionality and usability (as determined by our review process); or
- Client request a change within project scope after initial launch.
4. No Refund Policy for Non-Performance Issues:
- Project Scope & Pre-Approval Agreement: Clients acknowledge their responsibility to provide accurate information about project requirements, timeline deadlines and budget expectations during the agreement process and understand they are solely responsible for any additional costs or delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate specifications as per signed contract terms.

- Project Management & Communication: Our team maintains regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure transparency and address concerns promptly, contributing to a successful outcome.
